The BASKET planter is made of 20/10 steel sheet and is characterized by a handle made of 60/10 steel sheet. The handle is attached to the pot in a way that allows for adjustable inclination, which allows for various combinations of pots placed one next to the other. To strengthen the pot, there is an edge in the upper part (dimensions 35xH 30 mm). 4 angles have a radius of 52 mm. At the bottom of the pot, there are two downpipes welded, made of a steel pipe with a cross-section of 16X2 mm and a height of 50 mm. There are 4 holes with a diameter of 11 mm for fastening to the surface using special screws (not supplied).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
As an alternative to EN10111DD11 steel, production from corten is also available on request. In this case, the material is subjected to a special oxidation process.
