Product description

The ONDA MINI ashtray is made of 15/10 steel. The upper part is made of calendered sheet metal, welded to the structure by continuous welding, and then polished. With an inclination of 50°, a punched mesh measuring 80x120 mm with holes of 5 mm in diameter is welded to the front part. It also has 3 laser-cut holes with a diameter of 19 mm, under which there is a 60x10 mm slot for storing ashes. In the lower part there is a door with dimensions 120xh 500 mm, the hinges of which are obtained from the supporting structure sheet by using 2 M4 threaded inserts under pressure. The screws act as hinges. Inside the ONDA MINI ashtray there is a box made of 8/10 thick galvanized steel sheet, equipped with 2 oval holes for easy removal. There are 4 holes with a diameter of 8 mm in the bottom of the ashtray. for mounting to the surface using special screws (not included).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally polyester powder coated in any color from the RAL palette.
The galvanized steel used is EN10346DX51D+Z steel and, unless otherwise stated, is not painted.
