The MINI CIGAR ashtray consists of 2 elements. The first is the upper part made of 15/10 steel with a diameter of 102 mm. Height: 53 mm. It has 4 holes with a diameter of 20 mm. for storing cigarette butts. It also has a 50 mm diameter hole at the top to which a pierced concave steel sheet with a 20 mm diameter hole is welded. A 15/10 steel band, 40 mm high, with a 11 mm diameter hole coinciding with the hole in the mounting plate and on the tank is welded to the lower part. The second element is actually a tank made of 15/10 thick steel sheet. The upper part of the tank has an edge that makes it easier to insert the first element. There is a hole with a diameter of 4 mm in the lower part. assistance in draining rainwater. The third element is a 15/10 thick bracket with a tab/hinge that allows it to be hung in a basket. A ring made of 20/10 steel sheet is welded to the lower part, on which the ashtray is mounted. An M10 screw is also welded to the ring to secure the tank and the top, making it anti-theft.
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is later subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
