Product description
The structure of the FREEDOM bench is made of a strong steel structure (thickness 50/10). This structure consists of two vertical laser-cut elements with a V-shaped sheet metal and a plate with 4 holes with a diameter of 12 mm. They are welded to be attached to the ground using special screws (not included). 11 exotic wood strips (section 60x40mm and length 2300mm) are attached to the steel structure. At the bottom of the bench there are 2 steel supports (50/10 thick) that hold the wooden slats at both ends in place.
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
As an alternative to EN10111DD11 steel, production from corten is also available on request. In this case, the material is subjected to a special oxidation process.
Iroko or Okume wood is used, impregnated with natural, waterproof and UV-resistant oils.
