Product description

The supporting structure of EIGHT BIN is made of 50/10 steel. The door is made of two elements made of steel sheet, 20/10 and 30/10 thick, to which a panel of multi-layered exotic wood, 20 mm thick, is attached using special screws. There is a triangular key lock on the side of the supporting structure. The internal bag holder is made of 20/10 galvanized steel. It is placed on special brackets welded to the supporting structure, also 20/10 thick. To make it easier to remove the bag, the bag and bag holder can be removed.
Version with ashtray available on request. In the upper part of the supporting structure there is an ashtray (resulting from a laser cutting of a pipe with a diameter of 121 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, on which a rotating bottom for emptying the tank is mounted). placed. In the upper part of the ashtray there is a laser-cut 10/10 thick steel sheet, intended for extinguishing and storing cigarettes. There are 4 holes with a diameter of 10 mm at the bottom of the basket. for fastening to the surface using special screws (not included).
EN10111DD11 steel is used for this product made in Italy, which is later subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated in RAL color.
The galvanized steel used is EN10346DX51D+Z steel and, unless otherwise stated, is not painted.
The wood used is Iroko or Okume, covered with natural, waterproof and weather-resistant UV radiation with oils.
