LAB SP tree grids are made of steel. Various laser cut patterns and dimensions are available. Smaller grids for LAB SP trees. 735 mm, consist of 4 elements: two forming the grille and two forming the peripheral frame. Grilles LAB SP. 990Mm are made of 6 elements: the upper grille is divided into 4 parts and the frame into 2 parts. The larger LAB SP grilles are made of 8 elements: both the upper grille and the frame are divided into 4 parts. The upper part of the grilles is made of laser-cut steel sheet (thickness 50/10), while the frame is made of steel sheet with a thickness of 30/10. If present, the frame is attached to the ground using special screws (not included in the set), which should be inserted onto the 12x18 mm elements. Tree grids are attached to the ground (or frame, if present) using special M6 holes with countersunk heads.
EN10111DD11 steel is used to produce this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. Ultimately, the products are powder coated with polyester in a selected color from the RAL palette.
