Product description

The AL AIN bench planter is made of 15/10 steel. The structure has the shape of a pyramid with a square base, the upper part is calendered with a radius of 160 mm. Inside the pot there is a supporting structure made of 50x50x2 mm steel pipes. The steel pipe structure extends outside the pot and creates supports on which the bench seat is mounted. The bench is made of 4 elements of exotic hardwood, 450x2075 mm and 40 mm thick. Wooden parts are attached to steel pipes using special screws. At the bottom of the pot, there are two downpipes welded, made of a steel pipe with a cross-section of 16X2 mm and a height of 50 mm. In addition, there are 4 holes with a diameter of 15 mm. for mounting to the surface using special screws (not included).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
Iroko or Okume wood is used, impregnated with natural, waterproof and UV-resistant oils.
