Product description

The strong structure of the TOWER basket is made of 50/10 steel. The basket door is made of 15/10 thick steel sheet and covered with a 10 mm thick multi-layer exotic wood panel, which is milled to enhance the appearance of the slats. The panel is attached to the door using special screws. The door is attached to the basket structure using 2 M6 screws acting as a hinge, and is closed using a triangular key lock. Inside the bin there is a waste container made of galvanized steel, 50/10 thick and dimensions 30x230xH 400 mm. It is placed on a 50/10 thick plate welded to the basket. There are 2 holes with a diameter of 10 mm on the bottom. for mounting to the surface using special screws (not included).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated in RAL color.
The galvanized steel used is EN10346DX51D+Z steel and, unless otherwise stated, is not painted.
The wood used is Iroko or Okume, impregnated with natural, waterproof, UV radiation with oils.
