Product description

The seat and backrest of the PLEGADO bench are made of 2 steel sheets (thickness 80/10), to which plates fastening to the ground (thickness 50/10) are welded. An 80/10 thick support is welded under the seat. The bench is characterized by a special, laser-cut texture called NEW YORK. It can be fixed with special screws (not supplied) to be placed in 6 holes (diameter 15 mm).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to realize this product, which is later subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
As an alternative to EN10111DD11 steel, production from corten is also available on request. In this case, the material is subjected to a special oxidation process.
