Product description

The SPEED ashtray is made on the outside of 20/10 thick steel sheet, folded at the top to shape the sides and cover, and of 15/10 thick steel sheet to shape the rear of the ashtray. It is equipped with a door closed with a triangular key lock, made of 15/10 steel sheet, opened by leaning forward. Inside the ashtray there is a box made of 8/10 thick galvanized steel sheet, with oval holes for easy removal. There are 2 holes with a diameter of 10 mm on the bottom for fastening to the surface using special screws (not included).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is later subjected to a sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating cycle. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally polyester powder coated in any color from the RAL palette.
The galvanized steel used is EN10346DX51D+Z steel and, unless otherwise stated, is not painted.
