Product description

The bicycle rack is made of 60/10 thick steel sheet. The loop elements of the bicycle rack are welded to the plate with a wheelbase of 65.2 cm. There are 8 holes on the plate with a diameter of 11 mm. for mounting to the surface using special screws (not included).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
As an alternative to EN10111DD11 steel, production from corten is also available on request. In this case, the material is subjected to a special oxidation process.
