Product description

The structure of the QUADDY pot is made of 15/10 and 30/10 thick steel modules connected with M8 screws. In the middle of the supporting structure there is a 15/10 thick pot with dimensions 1000x1000xH 600 mm. Two downpipes made of steel pipe with a cross-section of 16x2 mm and a height of 50 mm are welded to the bottom. Calendered 15/10 thick plates are welded into the upper part of the structure modules, serving as a support for the wooden seat slats. The strips are made of exotic wood, dimensions 50x50 mm.
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
Iroko or Okume wood is used, impregnated with natural, waterproof oils resistant to UV rays.
