The B-CYCLE bicycle bench/stand is made of 60/10 steel. The seat, measuring 1200x500 mm, is made of exotic hardwood, 40 mm thick, attached to the steel structure with special screws. Through laser cutting on the seat structure, the bicycle stand is equipped with 2 60/10 thick plates, with a hole in the center with a diameter of 26 mm for attaching a bicycle. The feet of the B CYCLE bench are made of the same supporting structure, through two 90° bends at the ends of the structure, leading to 2 profiles with a depth of 50 mm, each with 2 holes with a diameter of 11 mm. for mounting to the surface using special screws (not included).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is then subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
Iroko or Okume wood is used, impregnated with natural, waterproof and UV-resistant oils.
