Product description

The HORIZON bench WITH BACKREST is made of steel (thickness 60/10). The bench is made of 2 bent steel sheets, connected together by continuous welding. 3 solid support plates (H 30 mm) are welded under these sheets. The backrest is attached to the seat with 4 M8 screws and is made of steel (thickness 60/10). There is a 20 mm space between the seat and the backrest, resulting from the use of special spacers made of brushed tubular stainless steel AISI 316 12x2 mm. The base of the metal structure has 4 holes (diameter 14 mm), which must be attached to the base using special screws (not included in the set).
EN10111DD11 steel is used to manufacture this product, which is then subjected to cyclic sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
As an alternative to EN10111DD11 steel, production from corten is also available on request. In this case, the material is subjected to a special oxidation process.
