Product description

The outer part of the Aveo pot is made of hypergranite, a fiber-reinforced material made of polyester resin and marble powders, particularly resistant to wear and weather conditions. Hypergranite is available in many different colors.
It consists of two parts joined together to create the specific organic shape of the bench.
Inside the oval opening, in the center of the bench, there is a tray/pot made by calendering steel sheets with 30/10 thick, shaping the walls and bottom 30/10 thick, equipped with a drain pipe. 4 M16 screws are welded on the bottom to insert special screws (not included in the kit) that will help in lifting the steel tray.
EN10111DD11 steel is used to make this product, which is later subjected to a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating . Such a cycle is intended to ensure protection of painted products in an environment with corrosivity class C4, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12944-2 regulations. The products are finally powder coated with polyester in any color from the RAL palette.
