And Balocchi, the first series of colored taps that achieved enormous success on the market, blowing away all competition in the visual panorama of the industry as soon as it was presented at the Milan Conference and Exhibition in 1978. Today, I Balocchi is a historic icon of the company and rightly holds a place in the history of Italian industrial product design. The leading players at the time were two young designers – Davide Mercatali and Paolo Pedrizzetti i Fantini, who instinctively took on a completely innovative idea, making it a reality, believing in it, investing in it and communicating it with force. It was in 1978. The rest, a huge commercial and media success and the international premiere of the brand, is history. They are the icon of our company in the full sense of the word. We love I Balocchi for what they represent in Fantini history. We believe they are still valid. So we are editing them again, updating them in some details and types. I Balocchi = Color has always been the keyword. The base colors today are white, black, red + chrome.
