Freestanding sink
This is a sculptural solution to this collection. A look that highlights the expressive power and earthy strength of porcelain in the third dimension. Simple, rigorous lines make the Dialogo freestanding sink fit perfectly into any space.
Dialogo is a collection of matching washbasins and drawer cabinets designed for Atlas Concorde by Mario Ferrarini, a designer with extensive experience in the bathroom furnishings industry.
It is a design dedicated to the bathroom inspired by the desire to combine a variety of different materials, creating a harmonious combination surface effects, colors and volume.
The name itself – Dialogo – expresses the basic concept: a dialogue between materials, both in harmony and contrast; between different surfaces; between industrial reality, such as the Atlas Concorde, and the world of design.
Mario Ferrarini worked along parallel lines on an extremely calibrated design that carefully evaluates thickness and cross-sections, proposing sinks with dimensions that meet the needs of interior design. The bowls can be inspected to allow any remaining dirt to be easily removed. With the aim of offering increasingly coordinated interiors in which the finishes, the sink and even the accessories have a matching design, in 2022 the Dialogo line was expanded to include suspended furniture.
The drawers have an elemental geometry, a distinctive feature of Ferrarini's aesthetic research - always minimalist – they aim to create order in space. The structure in matt lacquered MDF supports a porcelain top, the same as the washbasin, ensuring solidity, durability and resistance to water and oily products. Each surface has a varnish color selected directly by the designer. The furniture is designed so that it can be placed in line with the sink or moved to emphasize the decorative aspect.
