Thanks to a simple system based on a transversely arranged metal element, clothes are not hung next to each other, but behind me. This creates a low cabinet depth of 51 cm and prevents it from taking up a lot of space in the room.
On the other hand, its taller than usual expression is because Siza wanted dimensions that could easily support a classic long trench coat without having to folding. The open top and back of the wardrobe provides constant ventilation, which helps maintain freshness and, as the author says, "prevents the feeling that the wardrobe has been closed for a long time."
