Product description

Basalto is a solid wood sideboard with doors. A journey through the ancient history of the earth in search of the origins of the earth's surface. Most of the ocean's crust is composed of an extremely resistant volcanic rock: basalt. This rock is formed by the rapid cooling of lava flows, the basalt is often visible in its columnar structure, examples of columnar basalts are visible all over the world, spectacular formations with an artificial appearance.
Basalto is a collection of containers inspired by the sculptural abilities of nature itself. The external doors are made of linear solid wood mullions that contrast with the massive wooden basement. Each piece of furniture is a unique work of art with a unique character.
Wardrobes available in two different finishes. The varnished version emphasizes the monolithic effect of the furniture. The version with an aniline finish highlights the natural grain of the wood.
