Product description

Hub is a sideboard with vertical elements made of lacquered aluminum and shelves made of multi-layer plywood veneered with oak. Finish in natural oak wood, varnished (bleached, Canaletto walnut, dark, ash) or colored stained. Available in two depths: 28 cm or 38 cm.
ACCESSORIES: it is possible to add front and rear panels (the so-called shelves are already prepared). Alberto and Francesco Meda are responsible for the design of Alias, a collection that interprets the typology of a modular wall-mounted system in its rigorous design. A project that allows you to create sophisticated solutions, perfect for a modern living room, but also suitable for guest spaces. When exploring the living area, the Hub becomes a fulcrum that can combine the various functions of the living room: the proposed configurations, a shelf, a sideboard and open wall cabinets, meet a variety of needs.
Hub is a well-thought-out and essential system that develops around the relationship of three elements : vertical elements made of extruded aluminum, elegant and slim wooden shelves and panels that allow the creation of full and empty spaces within the configuration.
The shelves are attached to the vertical elements using a system of aluminum connectors, connecting elements designed with extreme attention to detail . Embossed elements are attached to the wall using a system of invisible hooks. Vertical elements are available in two versions: the first one rests on the floor, is equipped with an adjustable foot to relieve some of the weight and is available in four heights (550, 845, 1890 and 2560 mm); the second is a suspended version that can be attached to the wall and is available in two heights (400 and 615 mm).
The shelves are made of veneered plywood and are available in two depths (280 mm and 380 mm). They have an elegant shape and have milling that allows the front panels to be moved, thus emphasizing some spaces and hiding others, creating a story of full and empty spaces with exposed and hidden objects.
Finishes - varnish in neutral shades combined with natural wood, including oak, bleached oak, ash oak and dark stained oak - they add elegance to all configurations. The Hub enriches the Alias offer with a wall system, thanks to which it is possible to create various compositions and real furniture solutions that meet the various needs of the living room: capacious shelves, practical sideboards and light, open wall units expand the various functional possibilities of the living room.
