Product description
DEDALO is a round bookcase composed of shelves and side frames, characterized by a pleasant alternation of full and empty spaces. The new collection called O Design consists of 6 elements, entirely designed starting from the circle pattern. Each object was designed with the same shape and the same material - steel, but then gained an autonomous identity, associated with a new function that revises both contours and architectural spaces. As Guerriero himself explains: "We experience a special territory where pure art and functionality meet." With this new project, Officine Tamborrino reinterprets objects, revising their internal functions: the circle softens the living space and suggests a new movement. The same circular shape that has always embodied perfection now comes to represent cyclical time and, as a result, becomes a symbol of endless time that moves towards infinity. The name O Design comes from the desire to create continuity between shape, content and its language; everything recalls the pattern of the circle and its radical essence.
