Architect Raymond Mathewson Hood (1881-1934) was famous for his Art Deco buildings, most notably the Tribune Tower in Chicago and several the most beautiful skyscrapers in Manhattan, such as the American Radiator Building. The HOOD bookshelf by Dutch designer Bart Vos pays tribute to the man and his vision with strong, clean lines that embody both Hood and Bauhaus design theory that values utility as beauty. Thanks to a simple assembly, configuration and expansion system - both in height and width - HOOD is extremely flexible and versatile, so you can be the architect of your own life.
