The Leaf is an attempt to create a shelving system that provides the ultimate balance between aesthetics, stability and packability. It has a very clean aesthetic and the goal is for the leg pillars to be the center of attention. With an organic and pure expression carved in the shape of a leaf, they give the system a distinctive look. The structure itself is also groundbreaking in terms of stability, as it is completely enclosed, with no visible screws or additional stabilizing elements under the shelf. The versatile design means the shelf looks great from any angle, so you can use it as a sideboard, a free-standing shelf or as a room divider.
“I like the convenience that flat shelves provide, but often find them lacking in terms of aesthetics , nor stability. The Leaf Shelf is my attempt at creating a shelving system that provides the ultimate balance between aesthetics, stability and packability.
