In fact, our LAX desk is a question dressed up as a radical, beautifully reduced object: when was the last time you sat down to write a letter?
Tabletop made of solid glued and laminated wood, top thickness: 3 cm, brass inlay, matt brushed. Available in various types of wood (oak and walnut). Oiled and waxed or matt lacquered surfaces. Brushed steel frame, lacquered in tobacco brown or anthracite. The patterns of our LAX collection were created by Gil Coste, inspired by the construction of the Barcelona Pavilion in 1929. They contain references to familiar shapes, combined with new surfaces and a mix of materials that include Danish and Italian styles.
