With an elegant and essential shape, the new Zanotta desk expresses the simplicity and synthesis of design.
The curved tubular steel frame – painted matte black – provides support for the thin top made of cowhide, composed of a single piece that overlaps and adapts to frame, leaving some parts exposed.
The care in detail is seen in the corner joints with visible rivets connecting the two cowhide flaps folded to the front and sides of the top.
And at the same time a textured and ethereal design, the aging of the cowhide over time, it will give the surface a specific coating that will tell the "story" of the item. This project, adapted to intelligent work at home, well expresses the company's production philosophy: quality of materials, product durability, process innovation, formal and technological research.
