KIGI is a series of solid wood sit and coffee tables with a round top, designed by Roderick Vos for Linteloo.
Body: solid oak.
Finish: bleached (with pigmented oil) or smoked oak (treated with linseed oil) .
Origin: Handmade in the Netherlands.
KIGI side and coffee tables by Dutch designer Roderick Vos celebrate the art of woodturning. Put them into groups of different sizes and you'll see where the name KIGI comes from: the Japanese word for "trees." The Japanese aesthetic of clean, minimalist lines and appreciation for the natural beauty of wood with its knots and cracks shine through in this timeless design.
