Idda, that's what the people of Catania call Etna, and that's also the name of this coffee table that takes the outline of a volcano - with winding lava flows wrapped around it - and turns it upside down.
Volcano Strips Steel sheets of various sizes are bent by hand and stacked on top of each other, creating three or five overlapping layers in a sculptural creation with full, natural shapes. The soft lines are emphasized by smooth welding, which reveals the exceptional technical skills of the manufacturers and adds a delightful delicacy to the raw materials.
