DRY LOW TABLE / 45B - A low table with a structure made of die-cast, stove-enameled aluminum elements.
Tabletop made of very light, 10 mm thick tempered glass.
It was 1987 when Alberto Meda started experimenting with using composites in various Alias products: carbon fiber in a lightweight chair and compact polyurethane co-molded with metal in its dry table.
Drawing inspiration from the extremely expressive zoomorphic form of inspiration, the knot connecting the two legs and the tabletop supports, Meda designed Dry.
Now, after more than thirty years, the Meda table returns to play a leading role in Alias furniture collections, embodying the company's ability to combine stylistic lightness and cutting-edge technology.
