The table tops are made of ash wood boards, supported by a lead-painted metal pipe. All this rests on a marble or cement base, which brings to mind the solid, stable shape of a rock. The lasting image is the asymmetric contrast between the impressive base, the elegant body and the disc forming the top, highlighted by the elegant matching of various materials.
