Product description

Accordo is a low coffee table with a bold sculptural look, designed by Charlotte Perriand on the occasion of a retrospective exhibition of her work held at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 1985. Originally intended as a one-off, it was among the last works. When the Accordo joined Cassina's portfolio, it was only available in a black paint finish. Today, the Chinese Red and Marron Glacé color options are available, looking as fresh as they did at launch. Placing several such tables together creates striking geometric compositions that play on their proportions, creating a unique feeling of suspension. These simple and visually dynamic shapes can accommodate many interpretations in grand style, making the object itself a center of attraction.
The original version of the low table was revisited by Cassina, initially with only a black lacquer finish; over time, new, wonderful colors were added, showing the still current, modern spirit of the work.
The base is made of matte black lacquered wood. Tabletop in glossy black, Chinese red or lacquered marron glacè wood.
