Clearly inspired by Japanese culture, Kasumi is a new coffee table whose form brings to mind the outdoor stage used in Noh, the ancient traditional Japanese theater. Structurally, the basic design of the Kasumi coffee table consists of two flat surfaces, a larger lower part and a smaller offset upper part, which are connected by a vertical support element whose sinuous shapes soften the geometric rigor of the two flat tops. Staying true to its source of inspiration, Kasumi gives the impression of a real stage on which the objects are presented.
