Product description
Ateliertisch is a table designed by the Swiss architect and designer Hans Bellmann in 1953. It has a delicate, avant-garde and futuristic design for its time: the table can be easily dismantled. The table top rests on legs made of matt black steel tubes, extended towards the floor and connected to a metal plate located at the bottom of the table. The two metal plates have four screws each, making it very easy to release the tabletop from the frame. The tabletop is available in oak, walnut and beech, with a natural, black or tinted finish. The dimensions of the table correspond to Le Corbusier's Modulor proportionality system based on the dimensions of the human body. Therefore, the table is available in lengths of 183 cm, 226 cm and 296 cm and in widths of 86 cm and 113 cm (the latter only for the 296 cm table).
