Hoogland is a linear, Nordic dining table that exudes pure lightness. It combines true craftsmanship with an ambitious approach to design that reflects the passion and simplicity of modern life. The European oak forests used in Hoogland are characterized by natural grain. This makes each table unique. The table legs are available in black painted steel or natural oak. The wing legs of the Hoogland dining table, curved from 10 mm thick steel, are truly unique. Their shape makes them look light and flexible, but at the same time solid, due to the material and black coating. The wooden version of the table legs, like the table top, is made of solid oak and follows the Hooglang design language. The selected 45-degree angle gives the table lightness and makes the tabletop seem almost floating in the air, and at the same time it can be used in its entirety without the table legs getting in the way between your legs when sitting down. The shape and arrangement of the table legs also provide great stability, as they push out in the opposite direction under the influence of the force acting from above. The surface of our Hoogland tables is finely sanded several times, then embedded in a hard wax seal, and then subjected to a special oil treatment, making the table extremely stain-resistant and retaining its touch and appearance. At the bottom there are assembly preparations with sockets and reinforcement in the middle to prevent the wood from warping. We place great emphasis on not importing wood from abroad and therefore rely on regional, sustainable forestry. Steel processing also takes place in Germany, making each Hoogland a unique, made-to-order piece. 100% made in Germany.
