The Sloo collection is Karim Rashid's new collection for VONDOM. Sloo creates a state between liquid plastic and a solid material object. Plastic loves to flow, it is amorphous. We are also amorphous, so the relationship is symbiotic. The result is organic forms that translate delicately into flat, flat surfaces. The overall impression is one of infinity, a continuous, ephemeral experience. The material allows for outdoor and indoor use because the polyethylene resin is very resistant to impacts and extreme temperature conditions.
