The award-winning Cross extendable table by Matthew Hilton is a perfect example of advanced woodworking techniques. The clean lines of this modern design create a distinctly timeless piece that is practical and adaptable. Made of a solid wood base, with a veneered top, it has two foldable wings, so it can accommodate the whole family. The smallest version can seat 8 people at the table. When fully extended, with both wings in place, it can accommodate 12 people. The Cross extendable table received the Elle Decoration Award in the Best in Furniture category in 2006, won the Homes & Gardens Classic Design Award in 2007 and was awarded the prestigious Design Guild Mark in 2008.
