Product description

The Tranquebar stool is a handmade upholstered stool in solid FSC® walnut. The stool is available in 4 different wood colors and 9 different fabric colors: the frame is made of solid wood and the upholstery is made of Harald 3 by Kvadrat with natural latex rubber foam for seating comfort.
A strong accent of vivid colors distinguishes the center of the stool Tranquebar and creates a surprising contrast to its otherwise pure expression. Visible joints and simple wheels create a modern piece of furniture, and the colors and embroidered upholstery make the stool a story about its origins. Created where tradition meets innovation, the Tranquebar stool weaves the rich heritage of the Tamil Nadu region of India into a modern design perspective.
