office or at home, the Nomad chair is a catalyst for joy. The shape of the stool was created as a result of reusing an existing semi-finished product. The U-shaped element was discovered by our ARS team at the factory in Transylvania where AȘKIA Furniture produces its curved plywood elements. In the original version, this large element was cut into 40 mm wide strips, which acted as a reinforcing ring in the construction of the next chair in the factory's offer.
We are investigating what could be done with this shape without changing the element itself very much, ARS amusingly noticed the similarity for a riding saddle. Hence the name NOMAD. A fun idea, a saddle-shaped chair where you can sit comfortably and explore the office space to make your day at work better.
