Product description
The design name of our “Sequoia” bar stool was “Forest” because the division of the stem into two tubes reminded us of a solid branch growing from a tree trunk. Sequoia has a clearly recognizable, unified graphic design - it resembles a calligraphic character. The footstool has the shape of a footstool. This allows for some freedom of movement: it's as if we were lifting a part of the floor. For us, the similarity in the shape of the seat and footrest is an important feature because it gives greater importance to the branch, similar to the division of the trunk. We looked at various material technologies before creating a structure inspired by the way bicycle frames are connected.
Two fixed heights.
Materials: steel painted with polyester powder.
