The Muu chair is the design of Harri Koskinen, a versatile Finnish designer who has made a name for himself on the international design scene.
Designed for Montina and currently manufactured by BBB, an Italexpo brand, it won the Compasso d' Oro award in 2004 and has a solid oak structure and shell covered with a multi-layer oak coating.
Classic, bold use of traditional materials and renunciation of stackability, this chair is a sharp interpretation of the essence of the great tradition of Scandinavian design: it expresses the solid, rational sophistication and vision of Koskinen, a supporter of pragmatic modern design, attention-grabbing on quality and substantive value.
