Product description
The Med chair embodies Giotto Stoppino and Lodovico Acerbis's experimental approach to the material and its craftsmanship. Designed in 1983, it has been faithfully recreated according to the original design rediscovered in the Acerbis historical archives. Thanks to contrasting curves and linearity, the seat now has new dimensions and more graceful proportions of the legs and wood structure. Characterized by unique details such as the cross-section of the legs - reminiscent of the iconic Flatiron Building in Manhattan, New York - and the crossbars between them, their repetition and characteristic graphic signature, the Med seat is the perfect partner for any style of table. The wooden structure is decorated with upholstery in vivid colors, making the Acerbis and Stoppino designs a versatile addition to the Remasters collection. Backrest and seatBackrest and seat in curved plywood, with polyurethane padding and fabric upholstery. The upholstery is not removable and completely covers the backrest and seat. Structure The structure is made of wood or matt varnish:_ solid ash, black stained ash, bleached ash and dark stained walnut;_ solid beech, matt varnished in dark green, mustard yellow and brick red finishes. These special processes require great craftsmanship as well as a deep knowledge of wood, which is synonymous with quality and authenticity. Available coatings Maia (cat. B), Anima (cat. C), Paradise (cat. E), Moss, Opera, niedziela (cat. G); Nuvola and Nabuk leather.
