Livingstones Arda Pebble System is a set of large pouffes with organic shapes that have been designed to destabilize interiors and preconceived conventions of life. Their strength is based on the durability of nature archetypes and representations that may appear in the visions of our subconscious. Livingstones symbolize silence and slowness at work, becoming landscapes, both domestic and public. The palette of shapes and densities of these pillows allows the creation of an infinite number of different installations. Their scale and possibilities of combining are the result of smarin's research on health, ergonomics and informal attitudes, with particular emphasis on the deconstruction of hierarchical spaces. In this sense, they constitute a reference point for design practices that focus on deconstructing the norms and conventions of living spaces.
