Product description
Lowland is a pouffe made of stress-resistant polyurethane foam of various densities and polyester fiber on a wooden frame. Sled base feet in tubular stainless steel. PVC glides on request. The covers of the Lowland collection are removable. A changing landscape made of elemental shapes that dynamically interact with each other. Patricia Urquiola deconstructs the classic sofa and reimagines it through the synthesis of surfaces. Simplicity, definition, dynamics and transformation are the features that connect individual elements: seats, backrests and armrests are modules that can be coordinated, combined and freely configured. In 2000, the designer already had a well-established concept, i.e. creating a system that works as a single element, a project that goes beyond modularity as a function, to provide absolute freedom in creating compositions dedicated to comfort and style.
The Lowland collection consists of sofas and beds.
