The creatures are a bit disturbing, yet docile and harmless. Anomaly is a project full of contradictions, halfway between visionary body manipulation and the design of a home pet-object. The choice of natural colored skin can be interpreted as an ambiguous and mysterious zoomorphic transformation or, more simply, the colors can be considered a reminder of the warm, calming shades of face powder. Home creatures, both charming and surprising, a transfiguration from a fairy-tale, almost surreal world that combines practicality and playful emotions in one object.
Injected flame-retardant polyurethane foam on a wooden frame. Vegetable tanned leather only. This leather is completely natural, requires no protective treatments or dyes; it is "nude" leather with a very thin structure, extremely soft to the touch. Like all untreated leather, it is delicate and stains easily. Over time and under the influence of light, the skin color gradually darkens.
