For Frigerio, Gabriele and Oscar Buratti invented the Hug chair with a minimalist yet expressive aesthetic: ironic and recognizable, the chair embraces and envelops thanks to a distinctive structure consisting of a backrest and armrest that surround the seat, thus creating continuity between each element. Hug is a fabric or leather chair that reinterprets the classic "bathtub" armchair seat in a contemporary tone. The armrests sloping in relation to the seat and the characteristic downward bend of the backrest are an unusual element that is distinguished by friendly shapes and a strong character.
Construction: plywood padded with non-deformable polyurethane foam covered with double protective fabric.
Seat: non-deformable polyurethane foam.
Base: oxidized metal.
Cover: fabric or leather, both fixed
