The Fold has been designed for limited but refined spaces, thanks to a depth of only 850 mm, where specific seams reminiscent of the sealing of envelopes characterize the design and personality of this collection. The range includes sofas, side pieces, chaise longue, dormeuse and end pieces to meet the various needs of customers. It is worth emphasizing the dual use of modules with armrests: those with one armrest can be used as side or corner elements, while those with two arms can be used as sofas or side corner sofas. Similarly, the dormitory can be used as a free-standing module or as a corner dormitory in combination with other elements. A proportional armchair, pouffes and comfortable pillows and lumbar pillows complete the offer. Depending on the selected fabric upholstery, the pillowcase can be delivered in two different finishes: single stitched or Punto Cavallo (see catalog p. 55). Punto Cavallo is a decorative stitching available in 11 colors (see page 271 of the general catalog or on the back cover of the price list), which can be freely matched to the fabric from those indicated as suitable for this finish. There is an additional fee for the Punto Cavallo option. The foldable version in leather is available only in a finish with a single overlap seam and without an open pocket located in the upper part of the armrest (see catalog p. 55). The covers can be completely and easily removed (except for the leather version). A practical connection system is also provided for the composition. The folding can be supplemented with small tables Blog; Blog Alto, in particular, was designed to complement the Fold collection and offers a functional top at armrest height.
Frame: The frame is made of solid wood and plywood, sprung with interwoven elastic bands. The feet are cast, available in four finishes: chrome-plated, white-matt (RAL 9010), red-matt (RAL 3027) or gray-matt (RAL 7022).
Padding: The Fold is padded with non-deformable polyurethane foam of varying density, the upper seat layer is made of Memory Foam polyurethane finished with polyester fiber, which gives a soft and aged appearance, which should be accepted as intended. White cotton underlining. Pillows and lumbar pillows are goose and duck white, new feathers.
