Product description

The Philosophers lounge is a lounge chair with a solid wood frame in the shape of an elliptical cylinder, wide arms and cushions. Compared with a single-seater sofa, it can be easily moved due to its light weight. Time & Style's goal was to create a comfortable seat that could be used for hours and was perfect for relaxation.

The arms are wide and have a slight hump where the hands rest; the sharp outline leads smoothly to the leg frame, where all parts intersect seamlessly. The frame composition resulting from the intersection of the rear column and the seat frame, and the point of contact of the rear legs with the crossbar supporting them, demonstrates structural beauty. The elliptical, cylindrical shape of the wooden frame gives the chair a soft appearance and creates a sense of dignified tension.

The cushions attached to the delicately carved wooden frame are made of urethane, which firmly supports the body and feathers. The wrapping bags provide a feeling of softness and comfort. Wedge cushions create a classic silhouette and give the entire chair an elegant look. The flat louvres supporting the cushions are carefully beveled, one by one, to achieve a high-quality finish. The louvres also allow air to filter through the chair and wrap around the strap attached to the cushion for proper securing.
