Pilotis is a fabric upholstered armchair with armrests. The Pilotis armchair offers great comfort in small dimensions. Despite its low depth of 78 cm, this graceful and elegant armchair ensures long-lasting sitting pleasure. Nobody likes standing in a corner, much less standing against a wall. Why shouldn't upholstered furniture be in the center - as a real decoration of our lives? We no longer sit on it as if on a throne, but do exactly what we want - alone, with friends or family: we read, watch TV, talk, work on a laptop or just relax! Metrica designers took up this task on behalf of COR and created Pilotis, a surprisingly new seating concept with architectural peripheries that emerge almost spontaneously from a variety of round or square side tables, shelf-like spaces and stools. The innovative concept of upholstered furniture includes rich elements of sofas and deckchairs (also with interesting inclined surfaces), upholstered backrest elements and cozy backrest and armrest pillows. Pilotis, on the other hand, surprises with filigree metal legs as a basic solution, in a sense referring to Le Corbusier's pole structures. Available in fabric and leather, side tables and shelves in wood or lacquer in custom colors, leg variants in metal.
