The transformable pair of Excellence is Shape, a fold-out sofa that combines technology, innovation and design. The joint work of engineers and tailors led Flexstyle to create a product with competitive measures. This new convertible model was able to incorporate the improvement of the electrically welded and rigorously made in Italy net into a padded element suspended on the ground. Suspension is achieved thanks to practical, invisible legs made of plexiglass. The armrest equipped with a special seam draws a modern and soft line, and the pillows, which carefully connect with the structure and soften it, draw friendly and practical lines. Heavier pillows and blankets can be placed inside the backrests and protected from dust and used when needed.
During the opening phase, all pillows are attached to the structure to facilitate movement and also to avoid creating a mess in the house. The mattress inside the structure rests comfortably on a network of steamed wood slats connected by elastic straps to better distribute the weight while lying down. A sofa in bed can really give us a break, and not just act as an emergency bed.
TECHNICAL DATA
Construction
made of high-strength steel, stove-painted with gray, brown epoxy powders. Orthopedic bed base made of slats with elastic straps in the seat. Polyurethane foam mattress. Backrest, armrests and front strip made of wood and derived materials, attached to the structure with bayonets for easy transport and installation. Pillowcase in a standard backrest chamber.
Seat pillow
made of expanded polyurethane with high density and shape flexibility with 3-axis machines with various bending. Covered with thermally bonded staple fiber, tested in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100, of high thickness.
Back cushion
highly elastic polyurethane foam, shaped using 3-axis machines with varying inclination. Coated with thermally bonded staple fiber, tested according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, of high thickness.
Cover
made of completely removable fabric or non-removable natural leather. Backrest and seat cushion with removable covers in both versions.
Leg
chrome steel tube, height 13 cm (code A), made of painted pine wood, height 13 cm (code B), made of transparent plexiglass, height. 13 cm (code C). In the latter case, an additional fee will be charged. Specify the type of foot when ordering.
