Product description

New Kap is a modular, curved sofa in capitonné leather. New Kap is the latest product in the large family of Borzalino sofas; combines the traditional character of craftsmanship accents, such as back buttons handcrafted from single skins, with simple patterns that are the hallmark of contemporary style. The results are both aesthetic and ergonomic.
Features
Structure: poplar plywood and solid wood.
Seat spring: crossed elastic straps.
Filling: fixed frame and backrest in varying densities 30/25Kg/m3. Removable seat cushions made of polyurethane foam with a density of 35 kg/m3 and memory foam camber with a density of 95 kg/m3, covered with a synthetic padding of 100 gr.
Details: the backrest padding is made entirely by hand, a process requiring great manual skills and also very meticulous and accurate work. A series of large rhombuses are formed in the center of the backrest, which gradually approach the armrest. The size of the rhombuses is reduced and then buttons with the same coating are applied.
Legs: lacquered metal or galvanized.
