Twin is a fold-out sofa with clean shapes, inspired by the best design of the 1930s. It is striking in its classic and rigorous elegance, resulting from an accurate exercise in subtraction that points to the essence of the matter. Impressive to the eye yet soft to the touch, its versatile nature lends itself to endless compositions. Technical features
Construction: Polished chrome wood tubular steel structure and steam-bent beech wood strips.
Upholstery: Upholstery is available in all fabrics and leathers of the Mussi collection.
Cushions: Seat mattress with Highly elastic polyurethane, covered with heat-sealable fiber combined with cotton fabric. The padding of the back cushions and armrests is made of Assopiuma Ivory feathers (90% goose down, 10% duck feather) placed in a breathable Assopiuma-certified cotton pillowcase. On request: backrest and armrest cushions made of highly resilient polyurethane foam covered with hot-bonded fiber.
Removable: The upholstery is completely removable using special opening hinges. The Velcro anchor allows you to remove the mattresses from the beech slat structure. The cover is removable in both fabric and leather versions.
Seating comfort: Functional seat designed to ensure comfort in both sitting and lying positions. The second fold-out bed can become a useful pouffe that can be used as an additional seat. Placing it next to the seat turns Twin into a comfortable, deep sofa. Maintenance: Compression is necessary to properly maintain feather pillows: tap the pillows vigorously to reposition the feathers inside.
Warnings: Long, unique pillows may accentuate the normal, slight settling of the covering fibers, creating wrinkles in the pillows over time. When washing the cover, follow the instructions on the product card and cover the Velcro parts that could damage the fabric during washing.
